    Default Real or Not?!?!?!?!

Well..... a lot of speculation has been in the air since the start of the online poker industry that these sites are rigged!!!! We heard that over and over and over. This weekend my AA KK AK QQ and those kind of hands were busted many many times. I mean I know that you don't win with AA or KK 100% of the times but 80%. Instead I won only 20% and got busted 80% in a 2,000 hands session that I played(Yes its a lot of hands). And at the many tables I played a lot of people were getting busted too with monster hands and I swear I saw more then 25 players complaining by writing: "This site is so rigged". I've seen the same comment over and over on Full Tilt by many different players and after I was busted so many times with great hand it really got me thinking that this site could be rigged for real. I play at AP and PK too and at AP it seems like this phenomenon happens less and In coincidence they got the Bad Beat Jackpot going, so AP which seems less rigged got a Bad Beat jackpot and FT and AP who many speculate that are rigged don't have it. Sometimes the Jackpot at AP reaches $400,000 which means that huge amounts of hands are played before it is been won. Now think about it...why don't FT and PS have a BBJ? Is it because these sites know that they are rigged and the BBJ would be won almost every hour? Or is it because of other reasons? When answering this, take into account that almost all of online players, even at this forum, say that FT and PS are rigged but non of them say that AP (which has the BBJ) is rigged. Could this be for real? Are these sites rigged???

Yeah it's rigged. When you signed up, did you tick the box that says you're a good player?, big mistake! When you tick that box they single you out and decide they want your bankroll. Always be honest with yourself and tick the "I'm a crap player and fekn clueless" box. Then read some books, join forums and discuss poker and learn how to improve your game.

2,000 hands is hardly anything. I ignored the rest of the post. Get a better sample size.

I read until the OP claimed "yes its a lot of hands", lol'ed and scrolled down to see that you had already commented on it.

There hasn't been a lot of speculation whether online poker is rigged. None of the intelligent life on this planet thinks it's rigged.

2,000 hands (yes, that's barely anything) won't give you a true read about any kind of stat. Over the last 20k hands, I've had KK 20 more times than I've had AA, and I've only won with it 73% of the time. AA has won 94% of the time for me. QQ has won 76% of the time, more than KK.

It's possible to get abnormal stats for a long, long time. Much longer than 2k hands.

Maybe you should ask them why they don't have a BBJP. Considering all the poker sites with the BBJP are getting 25% of the jackpot every time it gets hit, and the only money that goes into the jackpot comes from an additional rake that they take out of the pot on all BBJP tables, what would they get out of "rigging" it? FT and PS have a lot more traffic than AP and some of the other sites so they don't need a BBJP gimmick to attract players.

In your incredibly large 2000 hand sample, how many times did you have quad's get busted?

well I'm saying on my last session alone guys,,chill out,, I've played 40,000 hands on FT alone and believe me iv taken some bad bad beats, that was just a thought that the last session 2000 hands was long for me and I saw a lot of bad beats unlike any other session that i have played. and i keep hearing over and over and over that FT is rigged so that's why I wrote the post, to get a few reactions on the opinion that is it rigged or not, and not if I have played enough hands or not! Anyway.....I think we still have to wait and find out if these sites are rigged or not because nobody knows that for sure, let alone to find out if these sites are legit or not.

FTP is rigged and not "legit", just cash out and quit now.

However, I just noticed this is in the players' lounge, so I'll move it to general poker topics.

On another note, if you want to see what people generally say about online poker being rigged... check out the following threads.

I literally found all of the above threads except the last 2 by typing the word "rigged" into the search.

it is rigged. I usually wear a tin foil hat when I play online so ppl can't read my mind and know what I am trying to do! It also helps if you search your house for bugs, because we all talk out loud when we play. Also, be mindful of cars parked in front of your house, they could be using those sonic ear thingys and relaying that information they hear to your opp!!!
I just won $50 from you, that you could have used, to buy food, but you can't now!

Anyone been following Durrrr's recent downswing?
He is down approximately 18 BI's in the past week, which translates to approximately 3 million dollars.

FTP must be rigged. How else can you explain a part owner of their company to losing to a couple 5 outers on the river.

so do you guys see what I am saying??? Something must be up because all of this people are not stupid!!!!! And For so many years!!!!
So " Wyte22 " stop being a weirdo with your postings, lets not forget that a couple of this sites have been busted before for cheating, and that is just the tip of the iceberg.

having AA or KK or Ak "cracked" is not going to win you a BBJ more time than not anyhow. I am assuming you never lost with quads or a lesser straight flush so that nullifies the BBJ complaint you have.

I guess you dont do irony

Durrr owns shares in FT and is suffering a downswing, the same as we all suffer from downswings. Why should you be excluded?

You might want to go back and research what you just said. The sites were not the ones cheating, and there were only two big incidents, so there's your iceberg, tip and all.

In the case of the AP/UB scandals, in both instances it was PEOPLE cheating. Nothing about the software of the sites had anything to do with anything. Sites are not rigged, but I am sure there are plenty of people out there colluding with one another using chat messengers or other programs. DISHONEST PEOPLE are to blame for everything that the sites get blamed for.

    THE END
I see you talking but all I hear is blah blah blah

i think poker stars is rigged. i have been playing after peak hours on all the plo full ring tables at my level and often times when me and a few other regulars leave the games break up completely. also i have been cashing out alot. I think that pokerstars has been letting me win extra so i dont loose all my remaining money in my account and quit playing.

for my evidence, over the last month my all in equity adjusted win rate is 1.3 PTBB/100 lower than my actual win rate. This is over approximately 29000 hands.

this is however somewhat contradictory to the people who say the always loose after they cash out but it still shows that it is rigged.
