I'm not sure if this is the appropriate place to post this, but it seems better than any other category.
I was watching the 2009 WSOP episodes (yes, all at once) and I noticed something interesting about the women players. It could very well be the way the program is edited, but if that is the case, it still seems odd to edit a program this way. Of course they are showing the most 'interesting' or 'risky' hands for a televised game, especially a recorded one.
But seems like the women are always shoving, and always short stacked. Of course being short stacked could be the cause of the shoving, but it still seemed like the women were playing or being portrayed to play in an 'all or nothing' manner. I want to add most of the time, the opponent folded or the female player won.
Has anyone else noticed it, or am I imagining this? Are they making up for not being taken as seriously by shoving more?

I see you talking but all I hear is blah blah blah

I was watching Dan Kelly play on stars today and one one table he called a loose player's all in w/ AJ high on the river, and on another table he reraised pf all in w/ pocket 2s when he had well over an average chip stack. He got called by someone who had him covered and lost.....
