ultimate bet rakeback

hi everyone this is my first post, i signed up to ultimate bet through the rakeback page and have been playing cash games since, but i have not had an email saying the deal is approved yet it has been 5 days now, on the rakeback page it says "pending" just wondering if anyone else plays and has rakeback with untimate bet and if you had to wait this long or had any problems.

I had to wait that long for my Full Tilt deal to go through. You will still get all of your rakeback earned so far as long as your rakeback deal with Ultimate Bet is approved.

You wouldn't have heard something over the weekend. I'd check your e-mail, check again on Monday, and then contact support if you are really worried about it. The deals usually take a few business days to go through, so I wouldn't be too worried yet.

hi got an email saying they couldnt find my username in there reports and they are contcating ultimatebet for manual check, dont like the sound of that lol.

Your UB username was not found in the UB rake reports. It could mean that you 1. Are an existing player at UB 2. Tagged to some other affiliate than Rakeback.com already 3. Simply submitted a wrong UB username to us. Anyway we need to wait until UB will answer to us about. Soon you will know if your deal was approved or denied by UB.

Just got an email syaing my deal has been approved, will i get the rakeback from the games i have been playing while the deal was going through, on the raketracking/">rake tracking page it says my current rakeback is zero lol.

It's getting close to the beginning of a new month... often times the reports lag until a few days after the first of a new month before fully updating... I'm not saying that is definitely what's happening, since it could be something else, but it's very likely the cause.

Your UB account was tagged to us by UB affiliate manager on 23rd of November. Were you playing in the period of 23rd-30th November? If you played before that time then your rakeback was not accumulating but starting from 23rd it must be working.

ak ok thanks tony, i have not been playing on ultimate bet since the deal was approved, i was going to wait a while to make sure everything with rakeback was ok and was hoping for it to update lol, but as you say it wont update from hands i have played while waiting for the deal to be approved. Hoping i will still get rakeback from those hands i did play tho.
