Played for hours, Gross Rake, deductions & Net Rake ALL ZERO??

Now I know the information is provided by the Site (FULL TILT) but someone is not playing fair here.

Yep I have the same problem. Got a succesful rakeback deal to Paradise poker. Played 1 day and it showed no action. Thought they had connected me to the wrong Pin (Paradise have both sportsbetting and Pokerpin) so i asked. They told me it worked fine but apparently they had a problem with the update that paradisepoker sent regulary. It would be fixed asap (2 days ago)

Apparently it seems to be problem with more sites?

Very strange. I was playing HU so needless to say it is not an insignificant amount (for me)

Our raketracking/">Rake Tracking has a general delay of 2 days. So if you played yesterday 15th of Dec then you will be able to see the data for that day tomorrow 17th. Can you tell me when you played? which day?

Your problem is not connected with Wan_Thyme's problem. Your rakeback deal is working correctly and you are generating rakeback. The rake data which we receive from Paradise is not in the format which we can use in our Rake Tracking that's why you see zeros for now, but it will be fixed, we emailed Paradise and they told us that they will fix it till the end of this year.

We are experiencing some problems with Full Tilt Rake Tracking right now. 13th and 14th of December could consist wrong data, so please do not pay your attention to that, we are working under it right now. Sorry for any inconvenience which might be caused by this.
