i just confirmed my rakeback.com/">rake back email for full tilt and on this site i have started playing less than 30 mins ago and i was just wondering when i check my rake back account info it says pending where the update thing is on my rake back ammount and shows zero how often does it update and have i done everything i need to do

If it's pending, you usually have done everything you need to do. One of the rakeback staff will be able to answer your specific situation later, but until then, it's probably safe to assume that you're rakeback deal is just pending. While it's being approved, you'll still get rakeback on what you play. As for raketracking, it has at least a day of delay. I don't watch mine closely enough to know exactly how long, but I'd guess 1-2 days delay.

I couldn't find the post from earlier today, but Tony told someone else it's a 2 day delay between tracking updates.

Also keep in mind [for future reference] that there can be a longer delay at the beginning and end of each month.

tony i dont understand it says im not registered on full tilt but im am currently playing as we speak with the name OnlineNatural55 the same as my name on here and i would like to get this cleared up as soon as possible to gain my rake back please explain why my application was denied

If your Full Tilt username is OnlineNatural55 and this username was not found in the rake reports then it seems that you are an existing player at Full Tilt it means that your OnlineNatural55 account was created not through our website. Or your account is tagged to some other affiliate than Rakeback.com. Was this account your first account at Full Tilt and was it created using our referral code?
