If there are some days missing in your raketracking/">Rake Tracking it means that we did not received the rake data for those days. Some of these days we can fix some of them not. The most important thing is that this will not affect your rakeback payment. So just give us some time to fix what we can fix ourselves.

Hi, Tony. Thanks for ur reply to me on my case but i believe it will affect our rakeback payment. When you didn,t recieve the data on some days, it was not shown. So when the data recieve, we are paid rakeback according to the data recieve.

So how much we get will depent on the data. So when the day we did play and the data is not shown, we sure don,t get any rakeback payment .

So on the day, we are sure we are playing and raking rakes. That day sure must got rakeback payment, right? So those 3 days i had mention, i am quite sure rakeback was not given. Can you kindly help me check it out again, thanks.

I hope i wont, be wrong too hehe. I believe Tony and Fulltilt also not wrong. I guess the problem lies in the data collection from fulltilt becasue i notice one day i was playing for nearly 1 hours. Suddenly i check my promotion page and it show no points at all.

After maybe half hours later , it finally show all the points back. Maybe this explane the no show ( lost) data problems.

The thing is that sometimes we get reports which are wrong and in this case it can just show $0,00 for that day not No Data, No Data means that there is no data at all. Anyway I understand that it is confusing sometimes but be sure all the rakeback which you generated will be paid. Full Tilt is using their own internal data for calculating your rakeback and this internal data is accurate. Our Rake Tracking was designed to give as accurate information as possible but in the situation when we depend on others cant guarantee that our Rake Tracking will be always 100% accurate.

Starting from 11th of January Rake Tracking was not updated with rakeback data due to missing reports from Full Tilt. Tomorrow morning we will be fixing that and hopefully we will succeed. This will not affect your future rakeback payment!
