Logical explanation to Ultimate Points

If anyone plays regularly on UB and could just tell me real quick the deal with how to receive Ultimate Points. I play SNGs exclusively--does 1 Ultimate Point = $1 of rake? I really like the feature where you can trade these for money, but I would like to know how to increase my number of points!

I don't play on UB but it was easy enough to find just by going to their website. 1 point for ever $0.30 in tournament rake. And they have a chart for the cash game points.

Also depending on what level of there VIP your on there's multipliers. So if your on one of the mid-tier you could be getting about 10 to 20 points for every 22 dollar tourney.
