You do not need to put any promotional codes when you make your first deposit at Doyles.

However, under my "raketracking/">Rake Tracking" page here on rakeback.com, I'm still showing Doyle's room rakeback application as pending. Its been days. Does this process usually take this long, or have I not done something critical in this process?

You should be able to see how much Rakeback you've earned for the week when you go to the cashier at Doyle's Room. If it shows your Rakeback under your real money balance you should be alright, if not then Tony will have to help you out.
