no rake showing for the last week

Not sure if anyone else is getting this problem but I havnt had a single update since the 10th january now, its just saying "No Data" for everyday this week. Anyone able to confirm that im still getting rakeback as im getting a little worried

Same here for me as far as no stats update. No need to worry though, you'll still get your rakeback. I got mine yesterday. They'll catch it up here eventually.

The last update on my RB was made on the 10th of jan. I received some RB on the 15th that was just a bit more than the 10th update says. Somethin s really fishy here. When is the next update? and why did i get that inaccurate amount of RB last time?

also, i cant hope for any help by the customer service, cuz the last time i asked something, it took 2 weeks (!!) for them to answer !

please do something about this!

Full Tilt Rake Tracking data has not been updated since Jan 10th so far.

The next update will include the cumulative rake data in Rake Tracking for the missing days in between. The data displayed in our Rake Tracking service is for informational use, and Full Tilt rakeback payments amounts are not affected by these breaks.

Hey ibringdathundaz,

We put an announcement i think 2 days ago into Rake Tracking with this text:

"Full Tilt Rake Tracking!

Starting from 11th of January Rake Tracking was not updated with rakeback data due to missing reports from Full Tilt. When the reports will be sent to us your Rake Tracking will be updated. This will not affect your future rakeback payment!"

You can see this info at the very top when you go to your Rake Tracking.

The problem is that we were receiving incorrect rake reports from Full Tilt for these days that is why they are showing No Data, right now we are trying to solve this problem together with Full Tilt, but as I already said this will not affect your rakeback payment and it will be made on time. Anyway sorry for any inconvenience caused by this.
