no apology needed bro, i can tell your only trying to help based on your own experience, as any should do. Im glad your giving advice.
I dont believe im going to play rush poker anymore, its too fiery for someone like me and could easily help me ignite.
guys, thx again for all the advice, I believe I have a fighting chance at keeping the demons inside me now. Ill post in this thread from time to time to report on my situation.

Well i got few solutions for ya if it'll help hehe..

1st of all, u can move to pokerstars and lock the limit, if u dont like pokerstars, prevent urself from playing HU matchs for Cash, who make u on tilt, and dont look at money lost as money u must achive back for any price.

stay in the same limits or go down, Never go up without winning.

in addition, a good way to built up ur BR is to play low limit MTT's, deep run and u make lots of money, i dont think u can become tilted, from a low limit table, but i might be wrong.

breaks after a losing street will help u, try that if u can .
