Default how do you play flopped quads?

at foxwoods 2 weekends ago while the wife was at the mariah carey concert, im at just a 1/2 NL and 6 hands in im already stuck $300 due to 2 hands beat on the river. so im grinding it back for the next few hours. heres the hand:

full table(9) im 3 away from button and get QQ, so i make it 15 to go. 2 callers then the button min raise to 30. big blind calls and i just call, guy behind me calls. flop come AQQ. this is great cause i had been playing a little loose up till then since i was stuck, so i just check to see where the tables at and sure enough the button makes it 35. blind folds, i call after a few, guy behind me calls. turn is a Jack. perfect card cause i already put him on AK, maybe K10, maybe KK but if he has AA full that would be nice. i check, another check to button, he makes it 75. now im thinking, did that Jack just make his hand, is he still drawing, should i just cold call or push a little to get him to pot commit. he has a few green bills under his stack of 200/250 chips so i decide to push a little. i make it 100 more on top of. now he stops and thinks, im thinking i pushed too early, i shouldve let him see the river. sure enough he folds and im a good sport so i show him quads(who wouldn't). he wouldnt tell me what he had, or if i waited to push on the river if he wouldve paid me off.

honestly i think the jack made his strait but who knows
its a 50/50 call, i prob only get 100 more maybe if i wait for river
if he was drawing and the river didnt make his hand he wouldve folded anyway so i figured it was a good bet. there was also a nice bad beat pot going, another reason why i pushed, for me and him.

so how do you guys/girls play quads, do you bet the flop, do you check it all the way, or do you juice the pot on the turn like i tried to do?

Check/call the flop and turn for sure. Probably check/raise the river. I don't really like betting out. I definitely wouldn't be raising the turn unless you put him on AA or JJ.
    Think for yourself. Question authority.

I agree with Travz. You should have checked called the turn. I mean if he has AA or JJ your most likely gonna get it all in on the river no matter what. But if he has AK or KK give him another chance to bet the river so you can get more value out of your hand. And if he has AK and the river brings a 10 theres a good chance you can get him to call your all in on the river, since this is a nl1/2 live game.
    Just my 2 cents!

I would check/call this flop and turn. Than on the river on bet/shove on a raise. I think the way you played it is ok, but you couldve made a little bit more momey off of it. NH though, always nice to hit quads.

Yea you shouldn't have check raise the turn at all! If he has AA or JJ and made a full house he isn't folding and you can wait to raise the river. Plus by you raising you force out all the other callers behind you. Maybe they would have called behind you with a pair and a straight draw. If the original bettor was betting with a lower pocket pair like 99 you give him another chance to river a full house and you can possibility get it all. You can't lose the hand so check raising on the turn isn't the best option.

Yea, i'd definitely check/call all the way and keep as many in the hand as possible to sweeten the pot, then force on the river.

If I know that the table knows I've played loose up to this hand, I'd take advantage of that knowledge and min-bet the flop expecting to get a raise from button... then I'd just flat call him... as he would likely think a fish would tend to do with any Ax...

Then on the turn, I'd act kind of unsure, study him, then check... most likely if I acted well enough and after the min-bet on the flop he'd likely lead out with a bet, after which I'd "think about it" then call again... so that way by the river, again if I acted well enough, I could put out a stupid small bet that he'd be an idiot not to call ~ and depending on how gullible he is, maybe even induce one last raise out of him ~ just to get that last little bit of money in the pot before we hand him a Band-Aid and a Tylenol

But of course, I'm just trying to be more creative than "yeah check/call" for a reply LOL

I should probably also add that playing "dumb" generally has a much higher success rate for women than men, since many men automatically assume a woman is an easy target anyway, so most often times they never saw what hit them when someone like me catches them with their pants down LOL
I see you talking but all I hear is blah blah blah

How you play this is completely dependent on your image I think. If I have been cbetting almost every hand at a table, I will sometimes lead out with a bet even though I have such a strong hand if I know my opponent is capable of floating me. Also, if I just randomly checked, it would appear that I had a really strong hand since I had been cbetting everything before. I think the standard play is probably check/call, check/call, check/raise or leading out on the river... whichever one... but again, no one would expect you to lead out with quads, so this might disguise your hand strength. The negative to that though is obviously if everyone folds off early you lost a ton of value. You just have to know your table image. I mean, if I looked up and someone was cbetting 90+% and suddenly they just checked and then called when I lead out, I'd have warning alarms going off in my head. The opposite would be true though if you are playing weak and aren't cbetting at all. I'd definitely continue to play the hand weakly if that were the case.

On the controy, I'm totally scared of playing against women, women that I don't know ofc. Online if I see a name like "dumbgirl" I'll be pay attention to them.

I'd bet the flop, around $25.

It really comes down to what your opponents have, and this can be broken down to two basic hands:

    A-x

    and

    everything else.

If it was heads-up, I might go for check-call on the flop, but in a multi-way pot (it sounds like there's 4-5 players to this flop) you want to extract value from A-x holdings and you want to build the pot. This doesn't mean you need to make big bets, because you want to encourage calls/action from A-x hands. If they don't have A-x, then you're not getting much action in the hand anyways (since nobody can hold Q-x).

This is also one of those (classic) "you don't need to over-analyze your play" type of situations because hands as strong as this rarely come around.

Depends on the stacks you both had and your image and his aggression I think. Please let me know these?!

From your description you both seemed rather deep at the moment so if he is an rather aggressive player the best line would probably be check/call the flop and then bet the turn. You woulda possibly get raised right there because he does put you on a bluff or thinks he can bluff you off the straight or a Q only.
against a passive guy you should just check/call flop and turn and put in a small valuebet (perhaps 1/4 pot) on river.

Give me some more info about that guy your reads and the stacksizes for a better analyzation.

Here is where I think you could have improved the way you played this hand.

    Preflop

From where I see it by the time it gets to you the pot is over $100 QQ plays well heads up not 5 ways so I would be re raising to $60+ to get rid of the dead wood from the hand playing Ax or Kx, DB will call and maybe the BB but the other two are gone pre flop which is good news for you.

What you are doing is not only building the pot pre flop but you are increasing your chances of winning it and allowing you a better chance of selecting the callers range. Letting 5 people into the party is a recipe for disaster. At this point you have no idea what is going to flop so get aggressive.

    Post Flop:
You check call the flop was correct and check call the $75 would be the correct play, the best card for you on the river is the 10 or a K and a bet of 60% of the pot no matter what hits will get payed off pretty well each and every time unless he has complete air or maybe a mid pair.

    Finally:
Never ever show your hand they want to see it they pay for it plain and simple don’t give your opponents that satisfaction of making the correct fold, let them stew on it and this will affect their game. All you have done is given him the confidence he played it will and knows in the future how to best play you.
