Well, now that my BR is high (relatively for me lol) I was hoping I could get instructions on how to create a new user on FTP, one which has rakeback. I am playing quite a bit and for decent stakes and rakeback would definitly save me a lot of money.

You can't. It's against the sites TOS. Each user is only allowed one username, and risks forfeiture of their account/all funds in their account if they use more than one name.

I know many people who have many user names, some with rakeback, some without.

I would advise against it, but I'm not sure how you'd get caught.

because i wouldnt want to take any chances now that ive accumilated a normal BR.

well, im gonna email tilt and ask them. nothing bad can happen, worse comes to worse i wont have rakeback, although i believe they will let me, im a kosher player and i have a decent BR now.

Contact fulltilt support and ask about rakebackpros as an existing account that would like rakeback. Hope this helps.

You can email FT and tell them you would like to be added to the waitlist for RB. I did that and eventually got RB. I can't remember how long it took-a few months if I remember correctly. They will eventually catch you if you use multiple accounts.

Travz-You get caught by having the same info, using the same card to fund accounts, and things of that nature.

thats the good point, i dont deposit money, ever. no credit cards involved.
all the credits on my users would be different, emails and what not.
ill still email them i think.

They'll tell you "no you can't start a new account". See #2 on their site. Also notice the harsh stance they take on the matter on #18.

its called a transfer

I'm pretty sure you can't transfer on FT without having a successful deposit history. It prevents people from having multiple accounts.....go figure.
