I now have a new problem

My rake has gone from $21 on 5th August to $4 on the 12th

You are correct; this is another bug that affects the Rake Tracking of the poker room you play in.

Our programmer was working on the code for this poker room today, and it looks like the detailed view summary only displays the current days rake and not the summary of the month so far.

So even the $21 rake you saw on 5th of August was too little, as it was the rake for 5th only. You have made a lot more rake so far this month.

Thank you for pointing this out; we'll work on fixing it. In the meantime I will PM you your daily rake so far.

I just noticed a bug myself. For Eurobet, the raketracking got updated today, and it's way off. It showed a certain amount on the 9th of the month (or it might've been the 6th, I can't remember), now it's only a fraction of that as it got updated. Should be, according to the amount I played these past several days, way more than it was on the 9th/6th.

This is the same bug as above. You currently only see one day's rake on the summary, and not the month's total.

The daily breakdown of rake is also missing, but will be added back soon.

I presume any bug on your website that refelcts a player's rake indicator.

I mean to say if the rake tracking on rakeback.com is inaccurate

I didn't quite get the first sentence about indicator.

But yes, rake data is collected by the poker room and kept and displayed/sent to us by their affiliate department in various forms. This data is the accurate version, and we work on getting our Rake Tracking to display the exact same data.

With software updates there can be bugs that cause rake data to be displayed incorrectly as we have recently experienced, but these bugs will be fixed so that Rake Tracking looks the same as the original data from poker rooms.

Actual rakeback payments, if made by or calculated by us, will be based on and cross referenced to the actual rake data from poker rooms.

Did you submit the Vegas Poker 24/7 rakeback application to us? You need to submit your VP username to us first.

The summary page actually at the moment does not show calendar months; it shows you the actual 28 day rake period. The current one started on Sep 3rd.

We are working on getting the summary display show both calendar month and 28 day rake period based on your selection.

Our Rake Tracking for Full Tilt is ok, your rakeback changed from $4.96 to $0.04 because of the deduction, exactly "Player Added" deduction. You can see your breakdown of deductions in the detailed view of your Rake Tracking, just click on the poker room name in the Breakdown section of your Rake Tracking. If you will have more questions you are always welcomed

Any money that Full Tilt adds to tournaments are spread among tournament participants and included in Player Added deductions.
