I had my wisdom teeth out on Monday. They came out without any real problems. I'm actually a little amazed at the lack of complications I have had. But they have affected my poker playing. I haven't been able to eat much and I have also had painkillers pretty often. Both of those have totally killed my desire to be at the tables. I think I played like 3 hours of 6 max right after I got them pulled and that was it.

Granted, playing right after I got the teeth pulled wasn't the smarted idea. I was on the most painkillers at that time and was pretty out of it and distracted. I think I made about a buy-in and a half though. So it wasn't a losing session. I did call someone down with pocket 7s after he PSB all three streets and ended up all-in on the river... mainly because I thought his bets didn't make sense with the board and his pre-flop action (lack thereof really). Being ripped out of my head probably made that a little easier. It was nice to be right. And then he started bitching about it in chat. I told him that I was high as hell and didn't feel like folding.

But it's been such a blah week for poker for me. I feel like I should be playing and doing other "normal" stuff. But I also feel like just taking it easy and watching movies after I get home from work. I don't feel like thinking.

I hope this doesn't last long.
