I don't know that you can once the poll is already up. I don't see the option on my end to edit the poll, so if you aren't seeing an option either, I'm not sure that it's possible for any of us to do so. You can't - but you can create a new one by posting a new thread... then just post the link to the new thread for a mod, and then the mod can select all the posts from THIS thread and move them to the new thread, then just delete this old thread leaving only the new one.
