well, thanks for the info, the bounty is really cool, i think the problem in FTP, its really hard to get money from them, seems to me they make everything so hard to get, only top top places win...

    am i wrong?

I like a 15% payout structure (though they're 20% payout is sort of ridiculous), even if the lowest 2% of 15% are really just getting your money back. This way I at least get my buy in back if I bubble, and my 3.5 hours aren't a complete waste. Though it's matter of taste.

I haven't played Stars, though theoretically it would seem tournaments would go slightly faster in a 15% payout than 10%, b/c you don't have short stacks holding on to their chips. The way FTP handles this is raise the blinds really fast toward the end (I've noticed when there's 20% left and you have an average stack, you can't play a hand w/out losing half of your stack, even if it's limit...). Pretty lame, though Stars may have the same issue.

Btw, how's the withdrawal comparison? I heard it's a btch to withdraw from FTP (they ask for ID). True?

i think ur right... also my friend told me they blocked his account for multiply accounts, which he had because he forgot his PW...

but the main Adv of FTP on PS, is the structure of the tournements, more levels, & they got the super turbo, PS got Hyper turbo but it just sucks.... its only like, blinds just double every time, no hands=ur dead.

Have you played a super-turbo?! I mean, you do realize you only start with 300 chips and blinds start at 15/30 right? FTP's starts you with 10 BB's... that's pretty much the definition of "no hands= your dead".

Sounds like your friend got what he deserved. Having multiple accounts is against the TOS of just about every site.

yea well he only had 2 i think...

    and DEW,
if blinds start at 25/50 ante 10, and just double up every 3min, is not like 15/30, 20/40, 25/50, 30/60, the structure is just better in FTP.

ofc if u got no hands ur dead but u got to see a lot more hands.

If he forgot his password all he would have needed to do is contact FullTilt and then would have helped him. Might have took a day or 2 and thats it.

This obviously isn't the full story. Just b/c they're two accounts being used on the same computer doesn't mean they delete your account.

Just because he had 2 accounts, doesn't mean he cheated. If there are 2 or more accounts funded by the same credit/debit card they will more than likely catch it and close the accounts until they investigate.
