Horrible customer service idiots who can't help with anything, they have to "Check with the software provider and get back to you"
Frequent server issues, random disconnects of 1 table while 4 tabling. the 1 table freezes while the other 3 are fine (they blame it on you).

I recently had a $15 issue with them, I do about $10-$25 worth of Gross rake with them per day. They fought me on it tooth and nail and would not give me my $15...

Pretty bright people over there. I cashed out and a referral of mine did as well.
