hello just wondered if anyone, me and my friend have just played the phill hellmuth 3500 rb freeroll however phil did not show and there was no prize pool and this was a breach of the terms and conditions of this tourneys as stated on your site, i and my friend both took the day off of work just to play this and have messed around for 2 days trying to contact rb staff to see if this was still happening, the tourney played with 7 entrents 7 means either top 3 or top 2 me and my friend finished 2nd and 3rd so at lease 2nd should be payed out of the gteed 3.5k prizepool, mess ups on either ubs side or rbs side are not our problem and the 3500 pool should stand, anyway please get back yto me if you could about this matter please if we are not satisfactory compinsated and gived out fair share of the pool i will be closing my ub and ap and rakeback.com accounts and seeking legal advice as in my view the freeroll played out so there should be the correct prizes awarded, thank you
