Flop comes out 3d Th 6c
Hero bets $1500 Villian re-raises him ALL IN (26K)
Since no pre-flop raises, I call knowing i'll see 10 and some weak card

Villian shows 10d 5c

Turn: 2d

River : 4c

Villian makes 6 high str8 to knock out hero who has trip 3s

I soo just wanna quit poker right now, work over 3 hours, soo close to the money and then that. WTH!?

Just another example of someone who can't seem to fold top pair with junk kicker, then gets lucky in the end. *gag* Hate it, but it happens a lot...at least on FTP anyway...

Ugghh... tell me about it. I can't remember a time I got knocked out of a tournament because someone either makes a donkey/dumb cal to hit there 1%, or push me all in with crap/draw and they hit it against my monsters. Sad to say, but lost that whole $70 from Poker Nordica because of crap like that. Got aces cracked 4/4 times I got them, and to lose my last bankroll, entered a HORSE tourney, 2 away from the money and had top set of aces against rivered quad kings. We both hit trips on the flop which was A K 2. But thats poker, as cruel as it may sound.
