Default Good Battle

Okay so this guy and I had been battling back and forth throughout this whole tournament...well, he finally cracked me once LOL It was awesome tho...we both got a good laugh from it. His range had thus far been pretty typical...any pair, any high connectors or suited connectors...but he raised big with it all...and never tended to have anything really monstrous...and always cbet the flop whether he got a piece of it or not. Thankfully I had him pretty well covered, so although I took a pretty fair hit, I still had enough to work back up again. Anyway, here's the hand where he finally got me. Mine is in blue and his is in red.

He'd been a good sport the whole game, so we got a good chuckle after he commented on his amazing luck catching KK when he did, and kept on keepin on after the hand was over. Shortly after the above hand he ended up giving half the money back on a stone bluff LOL And he said "oooooooops.....lol" So, it's stuff like that which made me think my JJ might have been good previously hahaha

Tough break but well played. These are the kind of hands that make me love poker, I can handle these kind of losses better than the bs we usually see.

I totally agree...I can definitely respect losing to a better hand far more than losing to a lucky suckout. All in all, the game went well and was actually fun...didn't run into any sore losers or whiners, so that was a major plus. I woke up early this morning and had nothing to do, so I decided to play a piddly freeroll on Absolute just to kill some time. I ended up making it all the way to 39th out of 1400+, so although I didn't cash, I was satisfied with the way the game went overall. It's the first time in months that I played on Absolute, and it was a nice change from the old Absolute I remembered.
