Default Heads up play...

I am a NL Holdem player, and a HORSE player. When I get down to heads up in HORSE, whats generally the rule for that? I already know Holdem, Omaha I have a slight idea, and the others, I don't know what to do heads up. I can usually play them and go off the skill factor, but what about the percentage part? Do I go in with every hand in Razz? Stud? Stud H/L?
