| LMAO Stoff I was just thinking about Family Guy as I was reading Vito's post, and then I saw yours and ROFL!!!!! haaaaaahahahahaha!!!*ahem* Okay, on to the question, I think you pretty much said it in a nutshell, Vito. Shifting gears from time to time according to situations and players is a must. What I love is when someone cocky comes to a table and says "you're so predictable" (because I portray a very tight image) and I just say "thanks" and then once the table image has been sold I can pretty much take control from then on, playing any number of hands and pushing them out with them thinking I've got it every time. The image will stick as long as you don't get caught on a stone bluff. My tactic is usually not to bluff, unless I sense a tremendous amount of weakness and it's short-handed....but even then I make sure I have at least a little something so as not to completely ruin the table image I worked so hard to create. ![]()

I have several gears: 1. Driving Miss Daisy 2. Sir-Fold-Alot 3. It's Hammer time! and lastly, 4. Apollo 13, where I just take off and raise ATC! oh and can't forget 5. Dale Ernhart, where I am aggressive as hell until I crash into the wall! =( |
