Default just one of them days.

Don't you hate it when your on a bad run and you can see the river card burn you before it happens. I've been on a cold streak for a couple of days now, and this hand is how my last couple tournaments and sit n go's have been going,

Table: 9 (Real Money) Seat #5 is the dealer
Seat 6 - ABSYNTHETIC ($5120 in chips)
Seat 7 - OCTOPUSTODD ($3820 in chips)
Seat 8 - GRNDIZZLE ($3955 in chips)
Seat 9 - JANMICHELLE ($1520 in chips)
Seat 1 - WILDLOV9 ($5110 in chips)

GRNDIZZLE - Calls $3060
*** TURN *** [7h 8s 3c] [9h]
*** RIVER *** [7h 8s 3c 9h] [5c]
*** SHOW DOWN ***
OCTOPUSTODD - Shows [6d 8d] (Straight, five to nine)
GRNDIZZLE - Shows [Qs Qc] (One pair, queens)
OCTOPUSTODD Collects $7960 from main pot

Nothing better than losing to runner runner straight. Thats just how it's been the last three days. A bunch of 4th and 5th place finishes in sit n go's and taking a lot of bad beats in mtt's. Oh well, I will prevail.

QQ seems to be a very tricky hand. I used to lose with ladies alot. NOW I'm cautious with them, making sure not to overplay them. I have to ask my self alot, is top pair worth risking all my chips this early in the tourney. The more people at the table the less I value them.
Position also has alot to do with how aggressive I play them.
When blinds are low, i notice people will call an aggresive raise with alot of differant variations of cards to see a flop. I think it's because blinds are low and they know if they don't catch on that flop, blinds are not gonna eat away at them.
An aggressive raise when blinds are big seems to be more affective because by this time most players have an idea of about how many blinds they have left.

On the second game, I'd have made the same move as you with KK. It was time to make a move being shortstacked with a priemium hand.
If this was not a freeroll, everyone would have more than likely folded.

Anyway, hope your bad streak turns into a Cash streak!!!
