Major Tournaments

Have you ever entered a WPT or WSOP tourney and won money? If so please tell us where and when. Personally, I entered the WPT Women Legends of Poker at the Bike in LA and there were 566 entries. I felt pretty proud of myself for finishing 9th in the tourney, beating out some major players such as Barb Enright..

Wow, nice win. I entered a WSOP LIPS Tour tournament last year at Harrah's in Vegas and finished 5th. However, even though I finished hi in the rankings I was very disappointed with not winning. I was doing great the whole tourney but when I reached the final table my hands went cold cold and colder. Sitting in seat 10 I really didn't ever have the opportunity to bluff with any hand that had potential because by then everyone who "had" a hand was pushing allin and without having the cards there was no way I could call.

Good for you! Any cash in a WSOP is terrific! I've only won smaller tournaments, but the future is looking bright.
