Default Multi-Table, Multi-Games

Most of us multi-table or have at least tried to multi-table. What about multi-table, multi-games?

With a hold-em game I have played, 5 Draw, Razz, 7 stud and HORSE.

I usually play 2 holdem games at one site with one single and one multi table game. Lately I have been playing my usual single or multi-table holdem tourney at my home site and 5 Draw at Nordica (new site from PTOTW, thanks rakeback).

It can get hectic when holdem is under 4 players and the draw table is not quite full (5 player max), since in draw you have to bet, select discards, and bet again, while keeping track of how many cards the others have drawn. It gets real fun when you are involved in hand at each game.

I find it sharpens my mind and keeps me quite focused even when playing just two tables of different games and stakes. I am making quick reads and decisions.

I do find it tougher to label the players and their actions due to lack of table attention, but I still try to follow the patterns of play and label accordingly. I have found my win rate to be about the same with the addition of a different game.

Does anyone else multi-table, multi-game? If so, what games and where?

Thanks,

ive multitabled multiple games before. usually a mix of either NLHE cash games and sit n gos and mtts with horse sit n gos. i might also throw in a bit of HUSNGS in horse, stud hi/lo or razz. draw games can be little tricky, and i havent really played them much apart from a few 2-7 triple draw sngs. those are actually very easy at low stakes cuz most ppl dont even know how to play. just know that if ur playing horse, make sure what game it is.

Yes, going from Razz, to 7 stud, to 7 HiLo I have seen where it takes someone a hand or two to realize the blinds (and game) have changed. The game changes to 'S' and someone is raising with 237 on board.....oops.

Thanks

I've played 5 Card Draw with NLHE before. That's about as wild as I get.

Default more & more

more games at once usually means more money payouts
but i find that playing mulitple games at once, your focus on others' play is ignored

if you can focus on others play then go for all the games you can

(get 2-3 screens)

I like playing 2 games - one multi table (300+) and a sit-n-go

I focus on the sit-n-go, and ride out the multi-table

good luck and stay focused!
