The tourney starts this Saturday, July 26th, and must have a minimum of 6 players to start.

As stated above, You can find the original thread in the "Bonuses and Promotions" section of the forum. That thread will explain how people qualified for this tournament. However, I don't think you will have time to generate $200 worth of rake before this Saturday.
