Default Poker Tournaments at home

My Family used to have poker tournaments at home. They would start on a Thursday evening and sometimes last 5 days uninterupted. I remember enjoying going in the game area after they were finished so that I could find "treasure'
But serioiusly! They had poker chips, a bar and snacks and everything set up during those poker games.
Then everything back to normal like a regular family room in the basement afterwards

Yeah those games sound fun. I like the really long ones, you can sometimes drift in and out of them for an hour or so.

That would be a great idea, especially during the holidays. You could have crock pots of meals set up so that people could eat when they wanted and there wouldn't be a great deal of clean up.

How fun! Five days of non-stop poker!!! You must have a really cool family because there's no way mine would be interested for that long in a poker tourney!

Good idea! Just make sure you make fresh slow cooker mels daily. I wouldnt want to eat anything that had been in there 5 days.

Yeah I wish I was closer so I could enjoy the fun. Do your games last five days?

My grandfather does that every saturday, but he invites friends and family. It usually turns up about 10-15 people playing at a time. I usually play 21 though with the others.
