Default PokerNordica Way to turn play money into real money

This is actually a slightly easier method than the 500,000 play money game on FTP but it's a little more involved. You log onto your account on the webpage and get a coupon for the "Fun Step 1" sit and gos. This will cost you 250 in play money.

Cost 250 in play money:
Objective, win a triple shootout match.

You get a coupon for a 6 person sit and go. You have to win it (this is insanely easy at this level).

You then get a coupon for another 6 person sit and go. You have to win that too.

When you win the 2nd 6 person sit and go, you get a coupon for a 10 person sit and go. You must win this one as well... and you get $1.

So basically, for 250 you have to beat 20 people and you get $1. Not a bad deal really. And the level of competition isn't that hard. I easily won the first level, and the second level I was crippled when someone got all-in with bottom pair on the board and hit runner-runner for a flush. So these aren't exactly the most difficult tournaments around.

I haven't seen the round 3 games but I imagine they're only slightly harder than the round 2 ones.

So if you've got a strong sit and go game, a Nordica account, and some time... why not try and win a buck?

Man, the first level players are so weak... as are most of the second level. The second level does increase a little bit in the sanity of play... so I expect that the final level will be semi-decent players. But it's not very hard and if you like sit and gos, it's fun.

They're actually a lot of fun to play too.

The way I was looking at this, they're turning 90,000 in play money into $1.00. I think it would be cool if you could buy into any step:

Step 1: 250
Step 2: 1,500
Step 3: 9,000

That way people could start at whatever level they like (and it will bring some more of the bad players up to the 2nd and 3rd steps). As it is, the quality of play goes up a lot for each step -- it's still not high but it's higher than the first step... and by letting people buy their way up, it wouldn't keep the bad players down.

One fun thing to watch is the increase in stars and accolades per level. On the first step, there will be several players with none, on the second... it might be two... as for the third... I don't know yet. But I am betting it will be 0-1.

Yeah I've always liked Nordica for their tourneys ... and this just sounds like another good one to me. Can't wait to try it.

Default I like Poker Nordica

After winning two Poker Thread tourneys at Poker Nordica
I am a real money player, but AP is still the home course.
Got a little carried away with Carribean Poker but still above my FREE BUY IN!

Every poker site has it's own style, but take advantage of hardly anyone playing.
I've seen the site have 1900-3500 people at one time.

Thank you rakeback!
