Tournament play can easily be converted to sng play. All a tournament is is one big series of sngs, just different chip variations and play adjusting due to the different variations.
Read the Harrington on Holdem books. They'll help get your mind right again.

I heard a pokerpro on TV a couple of months ago say, "the way to win any competition is simply to dominate the table at which you're sitting". I try to practice it and it does help but it takes one helluva lot of concentration. Applies equally to sng and tourney

no i would not buy it unless you are doing $20 sng or more because the software is peatty expensive.

Default sng strategy

maybe you just need to tighten up your game. don't start throwin chips away early on when the blinds are so small.

It's probably the leading poker forum in the net. Personally, I don't like it because of the way it's set up, but it's got a lot of good stuff there. As for the software, I can't really help you on that, probably SharkScope - The Largest Online Poker Tournament Results Database could help out a bit.

I second the sharkscope recommendation. Just don't get too carried away with your own stats. It can make you play way too safe, just trying to make your own sharkscope look better.
