Using Position Online

Do you find that it can be exceedingly difficult to use position to your advantage while playing online, given that so many players raise out of position?

How do you deal with this? How do you alter your strategy to your benefit?

I just wait until i get a hand that i can reraise them with, don't EVER just call the raise, give them a 3-bet to chew on or if they are tricky just push, they can't raise you off the hand then..

Usually i'm rubbing my hands if i see more than 2 at a full table liberally raising OOP, I know they just want to give their chips away
