Bio: FossilMan got his nickname by the card protectors he used when he played. He used to sell them at the table to add to the bankroll. Bankroll wasn’t a concern after the 2004 WSOP Main Event when he took down the title and $5 million. One interesting note is he was selling pieces of himself on the Two Plus Two Forums before the Main Event that year.
Raymer has five additional WSOP final tables. He also finished a respectable 25th place in the Main Event one year after winning. He has also finished in 2nd place twice in the PokerStars Sunday Million and has a WCOOP win.
Playing Style: FossilMan is a tight-aggressive tournament player. He was one of the first players to popularize the stop-n-go move late in tournaments.
