In spite of what its name implies, the PokerStars Sunday Million has a guarantee of $1,500,000, making it the biggest weekly tournament in the online poker world.

The Million is the cornerstone of PokerStars Sunday lineup which also includes two other $215 tournaments, an $11, a $55, and a $530. The total guaranteed prize pool by these six tournaments every week is over $3.5 million!

The simplest way to enter the Million is to buy-in directly for $215. But you can also win your way in through one of the many satellites that PokerStars hostz throughout the week. Buy-ins for these start at just $2.20, so everyone can have a chance to win a seat in the big one. And if you’re sitting on a surplus of Frequent Player Points, you can also buy your way into the Sunday Million for 13,500 of ‘em.

Sunday Million Strategy

A good way hone your strategy and tactics for the PokerStars Sunday Million is by watching replays of past tournaments. Some of the excitement is lost when the tournament’s outcome is already a forgone conclusion, but the advantage of the replays is that players’ cards will be face up, allowing you to see how top tournament competitors play the game.
