Solution No. If you already have an account at a poker room, you are not allowed to open a second account to get rakeback.

The terms and conditions of all poker rooms prohibit the creation of multiple personal accounts, and any such account will be closed upon detection. Poker rooms routinely check for duplicate accounts based on same account information and payment methods.
