Full Tilt Poker Increases Rake at Micros & High Stakes
Full Tilt has raised the rake increments at microstakes up to 10NL, and the rake caps at $5/$10 – $10/$20.
July 29, 2015 – Yesterday Full Tilt Poker removed HU tables, nosebleed stakes, mixed games, and the ability to table select – read about the 2015 FTP ring game changes here. $10/$20 is now the highest stake.
Rake increases came at the same time, however these received less attention amongst the other news.

The HU cap is now $1 and max rake $5 at $10/$20 tables with five or more players seated.

Earlier in 2015 PokerStars also planned to implement a $1 HU cap and max rake of $5, but a backlash from players saw the rake hike being cancelled.
For the time being PokerStars is unaffected by the above changes and remains the lowest rake online poker room in the industry.
